We have four VALUES that bind us together.

  1. We value the Bible as our ultimate and authoritative source of truth.
  2. We value Prayer as it gives us power to live the Christian life.
  3. We value Unity amidst diversity
  4. We value the opportunity to Send people out to minister to the world.

We also have CORE BELIEFS we adhere to, as the basis for our unity.

We believe...

... the Bible to be the sole standard for faith, daily living, and ministry. We believe in God's inspiration of the whole Bible, which is His inerrant and authoritative word.

... in God, who exists in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe in the Father, Maker and Sovereign Ruler of heaven and earth and all that is in them.

... that Jesus is the Christ, the only Son of God, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. Christ was crucified on the cross to pay the penalty for our sins. On the third day, he rose again and ascended to heaven. He will return to judge the living and the dead.

We believe...

... that the ministry of the Holy Spirit is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ, convict men of sin, and renew those who trust in Christ. The Holy Spirit indwells, guides, instructs, and empowers all believers so they can live a godly life that is fruitful and pleasing to God.

... that man was created in the image of God, but chose to sin and is therefore separated from God. Only by faith in Jesus Christ will our sins be forgiven and only then can we have fellowship with God. We believe Jesus commanded us to celebrate baptism and communion as symbols of His gracious work on the cross.

... that Christ is the head of the church, and that all believers are united together as members of His body. We gather together for the purpose of instruction, encouragement, worship, equipping and outreach.

... Jesus will someday return to gather together those who have trusted Him as their savior.
